Dear friend,

How are you? I hope you in the pink.Here,I am find as fit as fiddle. Recently,I’m a bit busy completing my assignments because the final exam is around the corner. So, I need to prepare myself mental and physical before I face the actual final exam for the first time as a university student.

I heard that you want to commit suicide.Am I right?Why you want to do that?I know you have a big problem and you stress when you think about that but do you think that is the best way to solve your problem?I do not think that is the best way.Commit suicide is the crazy and stupid solution.You know that?I am so sorry for talking like that to you but I can not control myself.That is very stupid thing!

When I heard you want to commit suicide,I am very sad because you choose the bad way.I ask myself,why a half of person have a big problem,they want to commit suicide?I am weird when I think about it.Everyone in this world have a problem.Not only you have a problem.We are not a normal human if we have not any problem in our life.I have a problem too but I have the ways how to solve the problem.

I am not writing this letter to you to tell about your past.Here,i will give you some advice and ways how to solve any problem that you have.There is many way how to solve the problem.Firstly,when you have a problem and you become stress when you think about it,the best way is you have to take a deep breath at least 30 seconds and expel it slowly.After you calm down,you must set in your mind that the problem can be solve.When you set in your mind like that,automatically,your mind will work properly and you can find the solution easily.

Besides,when you stress,you should talk to anyone that you believe such as your friend,your family and so on who are able and willing to listen to your problems.Our friends will not be able to solve our problems. However, simply having someone to talk to and share difficulties is a tremendous help in being able to work through our own problems.So,you must share your problem when you have problems.

In addition,to avoid depression we have to focus on the alternative which is happiness. The problem is that when we are depressed, the idea of happiness seems a million miles away. But, sometimes if we can force a smile or try to be insincerely happy, we can trick the mind and force happiness to descend; and after a while we start to achieve real happiness. Happiness will follow you if your heart remains undisturbed by trifles.

The important key to avoiding depression is don’t dwell on the negative.If we focus always on negative things this will eventually filter through into our state of mind. Negativity can be, miserable people, depressing situations and our own negative thoughts. If we want to cultivate happiness, we should seek to avoid depressing situations and depressing people.

If you can not follow all of the step above,its okay.There is many way how to avoid depression.When i search at internet how to avoid the depression,there are many many many way to avoid it.here,i write some of them as a reference to you.There is medicine methods.You should try it.

Pharmacotherapy:
There are many anti-depression medication at present. These medicines are helping to change the feelings and makes one more willing to accept other treatments.

Psychologikal therapy:
It includes psychotherapy and counseling to make a person understand himself and find the problem-solving skills to overcome stress.

Cognitive Therapy:
This therapy helps change the mindset and accept things that happen around him and help achieve a better understanding of the meaning of the incident behind him and minimize the impact of the incident.

Group Therapy:
It involves gathering a group of people having the same problem as patients suffering from depression, sit together to discuss experiences, difficulties and how they resolve the issue.

The last but not least,I hope you not depression anymore.If you want to free from your depress,you should try all of the ways.Don’t you think that you are alone in this world! If everyone in this world hate you,you should know that I am the one who love you very much in this world.I am always behind you,support you,caring about you and love you.remember! You are not alone.

I think I should stop here.My hand is cramped suddenly.The end of the word,there is no problem if we know to handle and solve it.

THE BIG BANG THEORY

SYNOPSIS


At the cafe,Leanord,Sheldon and other member meets David who is visiting researcher.David offer Leanord to help him in his research because Leanord is an experimental physict like him.Leanord accept David’s offer although he know David is more success than him.Leanord like David because David is a handsome,charming and cool man.leanord was very happy because he can help David.

At the home,Penny informs Sheldon that she intends to give gifts to him and Leonard on Christmas which happens to be around the corner. After considerable debate with Penny, Sheldon agrees to also give a gift to Penny on Christmas.
Sheldon's subplot concerns the approaching Christmas holidays and his indecision on what present to get Penny. After deciding on a basket of bath items, he discovers a wide selection of them is available; unsure of what Penny is going to get him and thus what sort of reparations will be appropriate, he buys an entire array to cover all contingencies.

After a few day,the relationship between Leanord and David become closer.Leanord was very happy. However, Leonard's joy of hanging out with David is hampered by jealousy when the latter meets Penny, and the two start dating.But soon after, Penny breaks up with David after learning that he recently married.

During the Christmas day,Penny gives a napkin both autographed and used by Leonard Nimoy, thus containing DNA for Sheldon to clone his own Mr. Spock as a gift.Leonard is very shock and speechless.The gift is so extravagant that he gives penny all the baskets and a hug.





WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THE BIG BANG THEORY?


I like this movie because it is very interesting and unique.It tell us about the big bang theory using acting method.It will attract people to watch this movie.Moreover,this movie is very funny.That way can attract more and more people to watch it.
Beside,this movie have the moral values.We not just laugh and laugh but we can get more information about the big bang theory.I like this movie so much.I hope other people will watch this movie.


Moral value

We must appreciate to other people who ‘near’ with us.for example,when Penny give a special napkin to Leanord.Leanord was very touching.So,he give all of baskets and a hug to her as a gift.



Conclusion
I like The Big Bing movie because it is very interesting and funny.I like this movie so much.

ZOMBIELAND

SYNOPSIS


Zombieland is about the earth’s population has been decimated by a virus that make everyone human turns into zombie.When a human turned a zombie,he/she will become a scary human.They bit and eat human.Zombie take over the America. Only a handful of humans remain, including Columbus.Columbus is who has spent most of his life inside playing games.He trying to make his way to his home town of Columbus, where he hopes his parents are still alive.

He using 30 rule for survive his life to live in zombie world.Such as “wear seatbelt”, “double tap”, “look in the back seat”, and “avoid the restroom”. On the way to his destiny,he have to face the scary zombie .On that way,he meet Tallahassee who not afraid to zombie.Tallahassee want to kill as many of zombie as he can on the way.He also want to find twienki.

On the way to their destiny,they stopped at a glocery.They have to fight with three zombie.They win.There, they meet two girls, Wichita and her younger sister,Litte Rock.Litte Rock has bitten by zombie and she want Tallahassee to kill her.she do not want to be a zombie.When Tallahassee want to kill her,her sister,Wichita want to kill her younger sister by himself using Tallahassee’s shotgun.Then,Wichita use that shotgun to rob the Tallahassee’s weapon and car.Actually that just their trick to survive their live.Litte rock is find and she drive to go to their destination.

Tallahassee and Columbus very frust because they is robbed.While they walking down on the town,they meet a car with full of weapons.They are very happy.They continue their way.On the way,they meet again the two of girls.That girls again want to rob them but Tallahassee tell them to go the LA together.Wichita and litte rock choose to agree with them.Wichita tell Columbus that she want to go to amusement park where zombie-free.

After a moment together,they become closer.They decide to kill the zombie and focus of that.While they arrived a town,they take a map star’s home to find Bill Murray.Finally,they found that house.They think that the owner of house was died or become a zombie.They are very happy because that house is free from the zombie.

However,the owner’s house is still there.He was under the bed.When he heard that somebody in his home, he go to look with zombie’face.Tallahassee and wichita are very shock.Tallahasee take a hardwood and hit that man.The man was shout loudly because that sick.At the moment,Tallahassee know that man is a human.

However,the man died after he want to scared Columbus and Litte rock at private room.Columbus was shoot the man by using shoot gun because he think that man is zombie.Finally,that house become theirs.They are very happy.At a room,Columbus tell Wichita that he like Wichita.They almost kissing but are interrupted by Tallahassee.Tomorrow day,Wichita and Litte Rock leave house without tell the two of them.They go to the amusement park.

While at bill’s house,Columbus was very worried about the girl’s safety.He decide to go to find the girls.But Tallahassee do not want to follow him.So,Columbus decide to go by himself.However, Tallahassee decide to want go to save the girls after that.They go to amusement park.

At the amusement park,Wichita and Litte Rock they turn on the all the power and everything in the park turns on and lights up. However, the noise and lights attracts zombies from the surrounding area. The girls manage to get to temporary safety atop one of the rides.

When Tallahassee and Columbus were arrived at amusement park,they look the girls atop one of the rides.Tallahassee attract all of zombie there to follow him.He want to kill the zombie as he can.While Colombus have to save the girls.
Finally,all of them are save.All of zombie died.After that,they continue their way together to find the new house to they live.




Character and characteristic that i like




The character that I like most is Tallahassee.He is brave man.He does not afraid to the zombie.He kill many of zombie as he can.He just focus to kill the zombie although he know it is dangerous.He do not care about his safety,because he want to revenge to zombie that causes his son died.He just take it easy.This characteristic I like.This is because a man must brave in everthing he do.A man should brave to save people who in trouble condition.

Besides,he is a matured and cool man.When he in trouble,he tried to find the solution for him and other member.He not devastated quickly like other people.He know how to survive properly to live.He is mature because although the girls always make him angry,but he just take an easy.This character make me want to find a boyfriend like him.This is because I am immature girl.So,i need a man like him for the rest of my life.

In addition,Tallahassee is a caring man.he always take care of his member.He do not want something bad happen to all of his friend.Colombus,Wichita and Litte Rock are like his family.So,he has to take care all of them.Moreover,he is older than other.This characteristic must have inside all of man in this world.If a man does not have this characteristic,no one woman want him to be as a boyfriends.


MORAL VALUES


We must know how to survive in surrounding and environment to live .That is very important.When we have trouble,we must know how to survive.If we do not how to survive,we will die.Example,Wichita and Litte Rock know how to survive in their life to get some money.They also will to rob Tallahassee and Colombus although they are girls.

Besides,we have rules in our life.This is because the rule will determine the way we are live.For example,Colombus has 30 rule in his life.Such as “cardio”, “double tap”, “beware of bathrooms”, “wear seatbelt”, “cast iron skillet”, “travel light”, “get a kickass of partner”, “be a hero”, “limber up”, “avoid strip clubs”, “check the back seat”, and so on.That rule make Colombus still live in this world.



CONCLUSION

This movie is very funny.I like comedian movie very much.The actor and acteress in this movie is very good.I like this movie very much.

500 days of summer

Synopsis


This movie is about a man,Tom that fall in love with a girl who work at his office.That girl is Summer. Summer who want to find her truly love.This is because she does not believe the love.When Tom proposed Summer to be his girlfriend,Summer reject the tom’s propose.she just want to be a friend to Tom.At the first,Tom very disappointed because his propose was rejected by Summer but finally he can accept Summer’s decision.

After that,they just become a friend.Although they just a friend but they intimate sexual like a couple do.Life’s Tom change after that.He become a happy man wherever he was.he tried to make Summer happy with him and he want Summer accept him as her boyfriends .Tom show to Summer his favorite place that he always go every day.From there, they can see a number of buildings that Tom like.

However,their relationship is not sustainable.Tom has complicated with Summer.They break up on their relationship.Tom’s life became not wonderful like before after they break up.Tom has no spirit to work because Summer quit her job.Although they break up,but tom still hope that Summer will come back to him.

One day,Tom meet Summer at the wedding of a co-worker.Summer invites Tom to attend his party at his apartment.Tom promise that he will attend to Summer’s party.At the party,Tom sees that Summer is wearing an engagement ring.He leaves the party after that.Tom was very sad.After a few day,Tom go to his office to quit.

After a few day,Summer sees Tom at his favorite place.They talk.Summer explain to Tom that she can not accept Tom because Tom can not give a feel of true love.Summer had found a man that can give her a feel of love.Summer hopes that Tom can accept this sincerely.When summer to leave,Tom tell Summer to be happy with her live now.

After a few day,he attends a job interview and meets a girl who is also applying for the same job.They talk about favorite spot.Before entering the interview room,Tom ask her to have coffee after this.That girl just agree.When he ask her name,she said her name is Autumn.




Character and characteristic I like most


The character that I like most is Tom.Tom is loyalty man.Although Summer engaged with other man but he still hope and wait for Summer to come back beside him.He always think about Summer.although they have break up,but Tom never find for another girl.He still loyal to Summer.

Besides,Tom has a good character.Tom is a forgiver man.When he and summer had complicated,he was very angry with summer.He very sad when summer saidshe has another guy.But,after summer apologized,tom forgive her.That show that tom is a forgiver man.it difficult to find a man like Tom in this world.

In addition,Tom is a romantic man.He always want to be a romantic man when he with Summer.He always work hard to expand their relationship.For example, he took summer and they go to the favorite spot that he like most.There,Tom tell summer what he feel when he with summer.After that, that place become witness for their love.

MORAL VALUES

We must always forgive people mistake because no people who perfect in this world.Example,when Summer apologize to Tom,he forgive her.Although summer makes him angry,but he just take an easy.But,Summer should not give a hopeness to Tom.If she does not love Tom,she should not closer to Tom.Don’t give a hopeless to guy that love you very much.

The person you love isn't always going to love you back.so, we must ready to accept whatever decision from who we love.we must accept that sincerely.Example, when tom purpose summer to be his girlfriend,the purpose was rejected by summer.Tom very sad, but he has to accept summer’s decision.Although he work hard to get summer but summer still not have feel of love with Tom.



Conclusion


I like this movie because it is romance movie.The introduction,climax and ending of this movie is very interesting.It give one experience of love to me.I have to find a boyfriend that love me so much.

The power of time

Time is a something that very wonderful.Time moves at its own pace.time is no beginning and no end.Time is very unique thing. We born in time,grow in time and die in time.All of thing that we doing are involves the time.
Time is likes money but time is more meaningful.Money lost can be recovered but time lost can not be recovered.A moment lost is lost forever.Time can not change.Its can not return back although whatever happen.No one can change the time.
The person who can manage the time is a smart person.That means they used their time properly and not to do something that unbenefit thing so that they are get a good future soon. If we not manage our time properly,maybe we will regret that for a whole life.What the annoying life!
There are so much we can do in time.We can enjoy our time but not too much.This is because if we enjoy our time without have purpose,its will become a worst problem to us.We will do something like vandalism,socialism,gangsterism and so on.
We shuld not waste our time.Actually,no body can waste time. It is we who are being wasted by time. Even our spare time should be wisely used. It should be utilized in pursuit of healthy and meaningful hobbies. We may study bookies, learn music, play with children, grow a garden, learn to do something new and useful in our leisure.
Time is precious.So,we must use our time properly.Every year,every month,every week,everyday,every minute,every second and every breath should be used properly and meaningful.

“I love you.”

It’s a sentence most of us have probably used at one time or another, though we probably don’t want elaborate on the context we’ve used it in.

But hey, what’s wrong with love?

Love is one of the central human emotions. We all experience love for someone or something, to varying degrees, at one time or another. Most of the time, when we think of love, it brings a warm, fuzzy, and sometimes naughty feeling – the type that makes us feel that nothing in the world matters, with the exception of our beloved.

We are often hushed up and reluctant to discuss love with anyone, except for maybe our close friends. But if we think about it, love isn’t something bad. In fact, it too is a blessing of Allah. Think: if there was no love in the world, every single person would fight everyone else. There would be no peace and happiness. The world would be a terrible place without love.

One of the strongest (if not the strongest) bonds of love are between family members. Thus, Allah has made all believers brothers (and sisters). That’s why we should try to love all Muslims as our brothers and sisters.

Allah (SW) has said:

"The believers are nothing else than brothers (in Islâmic religion)." (Quran, 49:10)

Love is natural. It enters the heart and leaves at will, and we don’t have much control over it. While we don’t have control over love, we do possess control over the actions it can lead us to.

In essence, love is good, but it is the actions that result from it that are of concern.

As with anything, there is a certain limit and transgressing the limit turns the good into bad. For instance, praying Salah is a good thing. No Muslim disputes this fact. However, if one prays Nafl (non-obligatory) Salah all night and misses Fajr (a Fardh or obligatory Salah) in the morning, then his praying Nafl all night becomes something bad. Likewise, if a man spends all day praying and doesn’t provide ample food, clothing, and shelter for his wife and children, then his praying all day becomes bad.

Similarly, if love for something or someone begins blocking us from the worship of Allah and from following his orders, the love also becomes a bad thing. If a person, for the love of his children, works all day long (so he can feed and clothe them well) and doesn’t pray and remember Allah, then his love for his children has evidently become bad for him. Allah Almighty says:

"O you who believe! Let not your properties or your children divert you from the remembrance of Allâh. And whosoever does that, then they are the losers." (Quran, 63:9)

In the same way, if the love leads us to forbidden acts that displease Allah, then again it becomes something bad.

Many times, the love for our beloved can lead us on to a very treacherous path. It can happen very slowly – so slowly that one often fails to realize what is about to transpire, and “things” just “seem to happen”.

In the Holy Quran, Allah has said:

"And come not near Zina (unlawful intercourse). Verily, it is a Fâhishah [i.e. anything that transgresses its limits (a great sin)], and an evil way (that leads one to Hell unless Allâh forgives him)." (Quran, 17:32)

Note here that Allah has said “and come not near” instead of saying “don’t do”. What does this tell us? The following hadith of the Prophet (SAW) explains the verse:

“The zina of the eyes is the gaze (at that which is unlawful); the zina of the ears is to listen (to talks that excite the carnal desire); the zina of the tongue is to speak (what is evil); the zina of the hand is to touch (the opposite sex which is unlawful to you); the zina of the feet is to walk (towards immorality); the zina of the heart is to desire (what is unlawful), and it is the private parts which either commits or shuns the actual act of fornication.” (Reported by Muslim)

If the love for a person leads us to any of the above, it is obviously crossing the limit. Be it through meeting, talking, or simply chatting, we must be careful that our love for our beloved doesn’t take us overboard. Love is natural, yet what it can lead to is what’s dangerous.

We all fall in love one time or the other. The key is to control the love and put the brakes on any potentially unlawful actions it may lead us to, no matter how minor they may seem.

Verily, short-lived is the love that leads to the displeasure of Allah (SW).

May Allah (SW) protect me and all of us from the love that leads to His displeasure. Ameen.
